At Superbrats, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand periods, launches, sales, festive seasons, or preorder campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.
Preorder Items
Certain products may be available for preorder before they are officially released or restocked.
Estimated dispatch timelines for preorder items will be mentioned on the product page wherever applicable.
If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, the entire order may be shipped together once the preorder item becomes available, unless stated otherwise.
Preorder timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to manufacturing, supplier, or logistics-related reasons.

- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Other locations: 4–8 business days

- courier partner operations,
- weather conditions,
- remote delivery locations,
- preorder fulfillment timelines,
- or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum cart values from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Superbrats will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- incorrect address details,
- incomplete contact information,
- or unavailable recipients.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-attempted deliveries or returned shipments.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- reshipping charges may apply,
- and refunds may not include shipping costs.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, Superbrats is not liable for delays caused by:
- courier disruptions,
- natural events,
- strikes,
- preorder production delays,
- or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.
