Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Superbrats, every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Since apparel products are sensitive to hygiene and handling, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
Exchange Window
We only accept exchange or issue-related requests within 3 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligible Exchange Criteria
A product will only be considered eligible if:
- The item is unused and unwashed
- Original tags, packaging, and labels are intact
- The product is in the same condition as delivered
- A valid proof of purchase/order number is provided
Size Exchanges
We do not offer returns or refunds for size-related concerns.
However, we do offer size replacements/exchanges subject to product availability.
Customers requesting a size exchange must ensure:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- Tags and packaging are intact
- The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery
Reverse shipping charges for size exchanges may be applicable and may need to be borne by the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a torn product,
- a damaged item,
- a manufacturing defect,
- or an incorrect product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
After verification, we will provide:
- a replacement,
- exchange,
- or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Eligible Cases
We will not accept exchanges or refunds for:
- Used or washed products
- Products with removed tags
- Minor colour variations due to screen/display differences
- Damage caused after delivery
- Requests raised after 3 days
- Products purchased during special sales or promotional events (if marked non-returnable)
Refund Policy
Superbrats follows a replacement-first policy.
Refunds are only provided in cases where:
- a replacement is unavailable,
- the product is severely defective,
- or the issue is verified and cannot be reasonably resolved through exchange.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
